气压式后坐模拟实验系统设计研究

摘    要:为了研究反后坐装置的设计可靠性,通过分析反后坐装置工作原理以及火炮后坐过程,设计了一种气压式后坐模拟实验系统。该装置通过气缸活塞两侧压强差来推动活塞杆,进而推动反后坐装置模拟后坐运动。通过分析模拟后坐过程中的气缸两侧压力变化过程,推导出气缸充气压力计算公式,并以某反后坐装置为原型进行了模拟试验。试验结果表明,后坐模拟实验系统基本能满足要求。该系统可以应用于反后坐装置、缓冲器、悬架等缓冲装置的试验与辅助设计。

Abstract:To study design reliability of recoil system, a pneumatic recoil simulation experiment system is designed. The working principle of recoil system and the recoil process of artillery are analyzed. The device pushes a piston rod through the pressure difference between two sides of cylinder piston. Thereby the recoil system is pushed to simulate the recoil movement. A calculation formula of cylinder pressure is derived by analysis of change process of cylinder pressure in the simulated recoil process. A simulation test is carried out with a recoil system as the prototype. The test results show that the system can basically meet the requirements; the system can be applied to the test and auxiliary design of buffer devices such as recoil system, buffer and suspension.
