航空机轮刹车振动力学建模与试验分析

摘    要:为探究飞机刹车系统的振动规律,以航空机轮刹车装置为研究对象,通过对刹车装置的受力分析建立了刹车扭转振动和轴向振动的力学模型,建立刹车振动系统的频率方程,计算出扭转和轴向固有频率,采用m+p动态测试软件对力学模型和固有频率进行验证,理论与试验结果基本一致。在惯性试验台上进行刹车振动测试,通过理论计算和试验结果初步得出了刹车振动规律,为航空机轮刹车装置的设计和改进提供了依据。

Abstract:In order to explore the vibration law of aircraft brake system, this paper takes aircraft wheel brake device as the research object. The mechanical models of torsional and axial vibration of brake are established by force analysis of brake device. The frequency equation of brake vibration system is established and the torsional and axial natural frequencies are calculated. M+p dynamic testing software was used to verify the mechanical model and natural frequency. And the theoretical results are basically consistent with the experimental results. Brake vibration is tested on an inertial test bench. Based on the theoretical calculation and test results, the brake vibration law is obtained. This paper provides a basis for the design and improvement of aircraft wheel brake device.
