摘    要:折褶滤芯在基础工业及军事领域中都有着广泛的应用。以一种全新的视角分析V形、U形、矩形和梯形折褶滤网,将研究范围深入到微观,推导出了4种折褶滤网的总压力损失计算公式。运用Fluent技术模拟出机械油流经4种折褶滤芯时的流态特征,结合试验测验结果,明确了能影响过滤性能的3个技术指标,为滤芯的设计和选形奠定基础。结果表明:理论推导的过程及结果是正确的,试验测验的误差也存在一定的合理性;在折褶长度和宽度一定的条件下,U形折褶和梯形折褶滤芯的过滤性能优良,适用于压力较大的液压系统。

Abstract: A pleated filter element is widely used in basic industry and military fields. We analyze V type, U type, rectangular type and trapezoid type pleated filters from a new angle of view. We make the research scope go deep to the micro level, and the total pressure loss formulas of four kinds of pleated filters are derived. The flow characteristics of mechanical oil flowing through four kinds of pleated filters are simulated by the Fluent technology. According to the test results, three technical indexes which can influence the filtration performance are defined, which lays a foundation for design and selection of filter element. The results show that the process and results of theoretical derivation are correct, and the error of test is reasonable; under the condition of certain length and width of pleated filter, the filtration performance of the U type and the trapezoid type pleated filter elements is excellent, which is suitable for the hydraulic system with large pressure.
