摘    要:为了研究气体静压止推轴承的动态特性,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS中的流体分析模块和瞬态力学模块进行双向流固耦合仿真,对小孔节流气体静压止推轴承的动态特性的相关影响因素进行研究,得到了不同状态下的轴承动态特性的变化曲线。结果表明:当轴承受到干扰负载时,通过提高供气孔压力、增加节流孔个数均可以减小轴承气膜的振动幅度,同时提高轴承的动态承载力和动态刚度;增大节流孔的直径则会增大轴承气膜的振动幅度,不利于轴承的稳定性。

Abstract:In order to study the dynamic characteristics of aerostatic thrust bearing, the fluid analysis module and transient mechanics module of ANSYS are used to carry out tow-way fluid-structure interaction simulation, and the related factors affecting the dynamic characteristics of orifice compensated aerostatic thrust bearing are studied, and the change curve of dynamic characteristics of bearing under the condition of changing load is obtained. The results show that when the bearing is subjected to interference load, the vibration amplitude of the bearing film can be reduced by increasing the pressure of the air supply hole and increasing the number of throttle holes, and the dynamic bearing capacity and dynamic stiffness of the bearing can be improved. At the same time, increasing the diameter of the orifice will increase the vibration amplitude of the bearing film, which is not conducive to the stability of the bearing.
