把脉盾构法施工问题及应对策略

目前,国内城市地铁隧道施工越来越广泛地使用盾构机,尤其是上海、广州和北京等城市地铁隧道采用盾构法施工非常普遍,其他城市如深圳、南京、天津、成都、杭州和西安等城市也在地铁隧道施工中采用盾构法施工。由于广泛使用盾构法施工,国内盾构施工水平也在不断提高,盾构施工工法正在日趋成熟。但是,目前国内盾构施工和管理上还普遍存在一些突出的问题,这些问题直接影响隧道的施工安全、工程质量及施工进度,并影响工程项目管理,本期我们探讨盾构法施工中存在的问题及解决方法。

Problem Analysis & Solution for Shield Method Construction

Nowadays,shield method construction is more widely used in subway tunnel construction in China,especially in large cities such as Shanghai,Beijing,Guangzhou, Shenzhen,Nanjing,Tianjin,Chengdu, Hangzhou,Xi’an,etc. In China,shield method construction technology is continued improving and becoming more mature due to being widely used.However,shield method also shows some problems in construction and management.They directly influence safety, quality,progress and item management of shield method construction.In this article, all of above problems in shield method construction will be discussed.
