摘    要:应用轮齿加载接触分析程序计算了承载下准双曲面齿轮的啮合性能,得到加载啮合时各轮齿的载荷分配。应用轮齿啮合原理,开发了准双曲面齿轮网格自动建模程序,建立了轮齿动力接触有限元分析模型。采用动力接触问题有限元混合解法,对准双曲面齿轮传动的初速冲击和突加载荷冲击特性进行了数值仿真,分析了齿侧间隙对轮齿冲击特性的影响。开发的程序系统已成功地应用于工程实际问题。

Abstract:In this paper, a loaded tooth contact analysis program is used to calculate the loaded meshing characteristics of hypoid gearing, then the load distribution percentage of each tooth can be obtained. Based on the theory of engagement, an automatic modeling procedure is developed and the finite element model for contact problem of hypoid gearing is established. Using the mixed finite element method for dynamic contact problem, the impact characteristics of hypoid gearing when either initial speed or the sudden load applied to driving gear are simulated and the influences of backlash on impact behavior of gearing are also analyzed. The procedure described in this paper has been successfully applied in practice.
