摘    要:针对工程设计所提出的要求,在动力工况下,预紧接触式垫层结构的垫层和与之接触的内层刚体以及外层壳体之间应始终处于接触状态。介绍了一种带预紧硅泡沫垫层的接触式减振结构,分析了影响包括部件间接触状态在内的结构动力响应的主要控制因素,基于垫层材料的粘超弹性本构关系,建立了结构动力学响应的数值模型。进行了改变预紧量、粘性因素以及激励外载的实例计算,考察了结构的动力学特性,对主要控制因素对结构固有频率、接触状态所产生的影响进行了分析,分析结果可为工程设计提供依据。

Abstract:For the sake of requirements of engineering design, the contact needed to be held dynamically among cushion, inner rigid body and outer shell. A vibration isolation structure with pre--tight- ening silicone rubber cushion was introduced. The main control factors were analyzed that influenced the contact status, which was involved in the dynamic response of the structure. The numerical model of the dynamic response of structure was established based on the visco--hyperelastic constitutive equation of the cushion material. Illustrations under different pre--tightening states, viscosity factor and external excitation were presented, and then the dynamics characteristics of structure were subsequently investigated. The effects of the principal control factors on natural frequency and contact status were concluded. These results will give the guidance for the practical design.
