| 摘 要： | 柔性铰链以其特殊的性能在精密机械、精密测量、微米技术和纳米技术等领域得到广泛应用。通过对柔性铰链在支撑结构、联接结构、调整机构和测量仪器中的应用，以及柔性铰链与压电致动结合实现超精密位移和定位的典型例子，对柔性铰链的应用作了较全面的介绍。

| Abstract: | Flexure hinges have special performance, so they are used widely in the technical fields such as precision machinery, precision metrology, microtechnology and nanotechnology. The applications of flexure hinges in supporting structures, coupling structures, adjusting mechanisms and measuring instruments are introduced in this paper. The examples of flexure hinge mechanisms driven by piezoactuators to achieve ultraprecision movement are also given. |
