| 摘 要： | 秦皇岛二期煤码头Ｃ型翻车机原设计作业车型为Ｃ６２型敞车，为判定其翻卸Ｃ６１和Ｃ６３车型的可行性，在作业现场对其关键部位的动态载荷进行了测试，利用有限寿命从计算及测试两方面对翻车机强度进行了研究，按照ＢＳ－５４００标准，采用局部应力应变法计算出了翻车机的使用寿命。

| Abstract: | The C-type dumping car at thesecond phase coal dock in Qinhuangdao is de-signed to dump C62 vehicle,in order to estimatethe feasibility to dump C61 and C63 vehicle, atesting of dynamic load on the key local underoperation conditions has been performed. Ac-cording to finite life theory this paper studies thestrength of dumping car from calcuIation andtesting, then calculates its fatigue life by usingthe partical stress strain fatigue analysis and ac-cording to the stardard BS-5400. |
