| Abstract: | In this paper, a method of inte grated rapid die and mold manufacturing system based on virtual environment is presented and some key techniques, such as freeform surface reconstruction, feature modeling, concurrent en gineering, virtual environment and rapid die and mold manufacturing are emphatically discussed. The technical ways to realize the system are also expressed in this paper. |
