摘    要:阐述穿孔等离子弧焊的工艺特点和技术优势,回顾其40多年的发展历史及在应用发展过程中存在的主要问题与解决的途径和方法。介绍几种在等离子弧焊基础上派生的新工艺和新技术。

Abstract:The history of keyhole mode plasma arc welding process, as well as its merits and characteristics, are reviewed briefly in this paper.The main problems of the process and efforts to solve them are also discussed. And some novel techniques based on the principle of plasma arc welding are introduced. Peeking into the 21st century, while new horizons in scientific knowledge appears, the keyhole mode plasma arc welding process will play an increasingly important role due to its high quality, low cost and advanced automation.
