逆向工程技术研究进展

摘    要:逆向工程是指从实物样件获取产品数学模型、进而开发出同类的先进产品的技术,目前逆向工程技术CAD/CAM等先进制造技术结合,并发展为CAD/CAM系统中一个相对独立的研究领域,其关键技术问题主要包括:形状表面数字化、3维模型重建、集成逆向工程系统等,文章回顾了国内外的研究现状及商业软件开发情况,对目前逆向工程研究与应用存在的问题及解决的对策提出了讨论。

Abstract:This paper reviews the developed process of reverse engineering, after addressing the research aspects of reverse engineering and main application areas, the various 3D data digitized technology and model reconstruction methods are discussed in particular, some other specific issues including reconstruction method by geometry and constraints, integrated reverse engineering system framework and the software used for reverse engineering are described as well. The limitations of existing research and technology are also described, the representive problems are as followes:data acquistion techniques which consider downstream process very few, surface patch fitting used in geometric model reconstruction neglects the constraints relationship and geometric feature of the object. Before reverse engineering is widely used as a available tool, there will be still several problems needed to be solved.
