复杂机械产品的层级实例库研究

摘    要:分析了复杂机械产品的设计特征;建立与复杂产品分解结构相对应的树状层级实例库,层级实例库是一组相关联的子实例库集合的递归结构表示;通过模板定制与复用实现子实例库的定义和编辑,提高了产品树状层级实例库的建库效率;分析了新产品开发的各种模式,并给出了整机产品、子系统、部件、零件等各个层次的设计实例加入层级实例库的方法;以全液压汽车起重机基于实例的设计工具开发为例,说明层级实例库建库工具和建库方法的应用。

Characteristic Investigations on Grinding Force and Specific Grinding  Energy of High Efficiency Deep Grinding for TC4 Titanium Alloy
Abstract:Focusing on the characteristics of hard-to-grinding for titanium alloy, systemic process experiments was done about grinding TC4 titanium alloy under the high efficiency deep grinding conditions. Based on the analysis to the variations and characteristics of unit area grinding force F′ with maximum undeformed chip thickness hmax and equivlent cutting thickness aeq ,this paper discussed the variations of its material removal mode and analyzed the variations and characteristics of grinding force ratio N,specific grinding energy es with corresponding parameters further. Then,it was analyzed about the consumption of grinding power on the process of high efficiency deep grinding for TC4 titanium alloy.
