模糊PI轧机位置闭环控制实验研究

摘    要:基于模糊控制对模型要求不高的特点,提出一种利用模糊逻辑在线调整PI参数的模糊PI控制算法,并将该方法应用于冷带轧机液压缸位置控制实验中。实验结果表明,该方法能有效抑制超调,使系统响应速度较快,且系统的动态和静态特性得到明显改善。该方法还可应用于难建模并需快速响应的复杂系统。

Abstract:Since the fuzzy controller is not based on accurate model, so a kind of fuzzy PI control method was presented that the PI parameters were adjusted by fuzzy logic online. Then it was used to control the hydraulic cylinder position of cold rolling mill. The experimental results indicate that the method can restrain the overshoot effectively, increase response speed and obviously improve the dy namic and static characteristics of the system. The method is applied to a kind of complicated system which is hard to model and needs fast response as well.
