| 摘 要： | 应用图论中可达矩阵的性质与原理对产品开发活动的组织方式及其序列作了定量分析,实现对产品开发活动的按区域划分,从而明确了影响产品开发过程中的主要路线和关键环节;通过对产品开发可能路径持续时间和作用概率的分析研究,为并行产品开发过程的组织和实施提供决策依据. |

| Abstract: | This paper made quantitative analyses to activity sequences and organization schema of production development with the principle of reachability matrix in graphics theory,realized division according to activity zone of product development,and effects on primary route and critical juncture of development definitely.By researches on time duration and action probability of product development,we provided the decision-making reliance for organization and execution of development routes. |
