| Abstract: | The accuracy theory is the most basic research field of precise machinery and instrument. With the development of technology, there are some new contents in this field. In this paper, the author analyzes some problems of modern accuracy theory summarily, such as accuracy evaluation,error separation and correction technology,the theory and modeling of total error source analysis,full system dynamic accuracy theory, moreover, the author also gives their developing tendency in the future. |
