摘    要:实现内加热方式的关键是解决耐锌蚀材料问题,研制开发的耐锌蚀金属复层材料,经试验证明与熔锌不润湿,不互溶,不被熔锌所腐蚀,其耐熔锌腐蚀寿命可与无机陶瓷材料相媲美,强度和韧性又远高于无机陶瓷材料,能经受锌液凝固时所产生的收缩力和生产过程中工件的机械碰撞,满足频繁启动锌锅的生产要求,完全适用于热镀锌行业中的恶劣工况条件,基于该材料在耐蚀,强度和导热性等方面的优良特性,成功地制造出效率高,寿命长,工作稳定的大功率加热器,用其直接加热锌液,实现了工业热镀锌内加热方式,收到显著地节锌,节电,改善生产环境的效果。

Abstract:The key to realize internal heating in hot dip galvanizing is materials with good corrosion resistance to molten zinc. A metal composite material is developed with excellent corrosion resistance to molten zinc. It is showed that the material is not wet, soluble and corroded in molten zinc. Its corrosion resistance is nearly as good as ceramic materials. Moreover, the toughness and strength of the material is much better than that of ceramic materials. An immersion tube burner with high thermal efficiency has been developed with this materials and the immersion burning system has been built in industrial scale for hot dip galvanizing, which makes galvanizing with lower cost and higher thermal efficiency.
