等壁厚螺杆泵定子的有限元分析

摘    要:重点研究了等壁厚螺杆泵定子橡胶衬垫内轮廓线的变形规律,对其应力和应变分布情况作了辅助性分析;研究均匀内压作用情况下,考虑工作压差以及定子与转子的装配等所引起定子橡胶的变形和受力的变化.利用有限元分析软件Abaqus,对等壁厚螺杆泵定子进行研究,得出了螺杆泵定子在不同工况下的受力状态和变形规律,以及定子材料参数对变形规律的影响.利用此规律可对等壁厚螺杆泵进行优化设计,提高其工作效率.

Abstract:The deformation principle of an inner contour line of the rubber was studied primarily and its stress and strain states were only done subordinately. For an iso-wall thickness PCP's working situation, its forced state and deformation principle was researched firstly under an even inner pressure and secondly under a working pressure difference, and then under different assemblages between the stator and rotor. The stress states and deformation principles of an iso-wall thickness PCP's stator and the effects of the stator material parameters on its deformation rules were obtained by FEM analysis software (Abaqus) under different working conditions. The principle can be applied to optimize the design of iso-wall thickness PCPs and improve their working efficiency.
