| 摘 要： | 为了有效地发现计算机辅助质量功能配置过程中的需求选型和工艺质量控制规律,引入数据挖掘技术和方法,提出了基于数据挖掘的计算机辅助质量功能配置模型。该模型由数据获取层、数据存储层和数据挖掘层组成。针对用户选型和如何发现质量控制规律,建立了模糊聚类和灰色理论算法的数据挖掘模型,其目标是在质量功能配置数据库中发现所有模糊权重系数大于预定阈值的分类规则及工艺质量,并用以控制未来趋势。用活塞发动机选型和发动机密封环工艺与质量控制归类规律的两个算例,验证了算法的合理性。

| Abstract: | In the processes of computer aided quality function deployment(CAQFD),certain interrelations exist among the product requirements,technical indexes and the control of the product process and quality.The CAQFD model based on Data Mining was established in order to discover these interrelated rules.The data mining models based on fuzzy cluster algorithm and grey theory were proposed to decompose the product user requirement selection and to discover the quality control rules.It consists of three layers,the data acquisition,the data storage and the data mining.The goal was to find decomposition rules which fuzzy coefficient was larger than the presetting value and to forecast the situation of the product quality control trend in the future.Finally,two examples of the type selection of piston engine and finding classification rules of the engine airproof annulus machining process and quality control are presented,and the algorithm availability and efficiency are verified. |
