半固态成形技术及其应用

摘    要:介绍了半固态成形技术的工艺原理,分析了机械搅拌、电磁搅拌、应变诱导、冷却斜坡等浆料制备方法和流变加工、触变加工、注射加工等成形方法。分析了各种计算机模拟技术和模拟方法在半固态成形方面的应用,论述了目前国内外半固态成形技术的应用状况和发展趋势。随着半固态成形技术研究水平的不断提高,成形产品及应用不断增多,发展前景广阔。

Abstract:Technological characteristics of Semi-solid Metallurgy(SS M) were introduced in the paper.Slurry preparing methods such as mechanical stirring, electromagnetic stirring, stain induced melt activation(SIMA) and forming me thods such as thixomolding, thixocasting were commented on. Currents status, cha racteristics, application fields and the newest advance of computer simulation f or SSM were analyzed. The application status of SSM were summarized. With the development of SSM technology and the application of SSM products,it will have bri ght future.
