对称四通阀控非对称液压缸伺服系统动态特性研究

摘    要:对称四通阀控对称液压缸的分析结果对对称四通阀控非对称液压缸动态特性研究已不适用。在建立对称四通阀控非对称液压缸动态数学模型的基础上,利用Matlab中的Simulink构建了仿真模型,并结合具体系统对其动态特性进行了仿真研究;通过试验得到了实测阶跃响应曲线和输出位移曲线。对比分析可以看出仿真结果与试验结论基本吻合,论证了动态数学模型的正确性,同时表明计算机仿真是研究该类系统动态特性的有效途径。

Abstract:It is unsuitable to research dynamic characteristics of asymmetric cylinder controlled by symmetric four-way valve using the result of symmetric cylinder controlled by symmetric four-way valve. In the paper, the models of dynamic characteristics of asymmetric cylinder controlled by symmetric four-way valve were established. The simulation model was also constructed by the use of Simulink Toolbox of Matlab. The model's dynamic characteristics were simulated. The experimental curves of step response and output displacement were obtained. Numerical simulation results coincided with that of the experiments in general, which proves correctness of the mathematical models. And the results show simulation research is a effective method to solve dynamic characteristics of the systems.
