快速锻造液压机液压系统压力冲击的试验研究

摘    要:通过建立试验系统,利用先进测试手段,对快锻液压机液压系统的压力冲击现象进行在线测试。分析测试结果,总结出快锻液压机液压系统各部分压力冲击的特点,找出了压力冲击形成的部分规律,探讨了解决液压系统压力冲击的有效途径,为解决锻压设备中普遍存在的压力冲击问题提供了实验基础。

Abstract:In this paper, by setting up a experiment system and using advanced measuring technique,the appearance of pressure, surges in hydraulic system of high speed forging hydraulic press is measured on-line. By analysing the experimental results the characteristics of pressure surges occurred in various parts of hydraulic system of high speed forging hydraulic press are summed up. And some regulations of pressure surges and the effective ways for solving the problem of pressure surge in hydraulic system are explored. It gives a better experimental basis for solving the problem of appearnces of pressure surges widely existing in forging equipment.
