内燃式柱塞泵原理方案设计

摘    要:将内燃机和柱塞泵工作原理进行组合,实现了内燃机和柱塞泵结构的一体化设计。提出了一种直接利用内燃机活塞的直线往复运动实现流体压力能输出的新工作模式。在对内燃式柱塞泵进行功能分析和分解的基础上,构思出实现各分功能(功能元)的装置、机构或元件。通过组合得到了多种设计方案,并对选出的4种设计方案进行了分析和比较,再根据其中一个设计方案完成了以水为工作介质的内燃式柱塞泵样机的制作、试验和仿真计算。结果表明,该设计方案可行,实现了预期功能,其主要工作性能指标与内燃机-柱塞泵组合系统相比有明显改善。

Abstract:By using the method of combining the principle of internal combustion engine with piston pump,an unitary design was accomplished.A new working mode of directly using the reciprocating motion of piston for outputting liquid power was put forward.On the basis of functional analysis and decomposition,the mechanisms and the components,which can accomplish the sub-functions,were designed.Four schemes were analyzed and evaluated.Based on one of the schemes,a sample machine of the internal combustion water pump was made and tested.The experimental results indicate that the design scheme is correct;the anticipated function has come true.The numerical simulation results show the main working performance is improved greatly.
