摘    要:根据张力减径过程的变形特点,提出了全过程仿真的组元建模技术,建立了张力减径过程的组元模型,并利用三维弹塑性大变形有限元程序模拟了典型的钢管轧制过程,结果与试验数据吻合。

Abstract:According to the feature of stretch reducing process,an unit modeling technology for simulating the process including all passes is offers. The model of stretch reducing process is created and used by FEM software to simulate the process. Simulation results and test data are coincidence.
