摘    要:基于冶金学原理将原位反应合成的基本思路与氩弧表面强化技术相结合,应用氩弧将含硼的合金粉末熔入45钢表面,获得了由弥散分布的强化相增强的表面复合层。通过扫描电镜、电子探针、X射线衍射仪以及硬度和磨损试验研究了复合层的形态、成分、结构和性能。研究表明,复合层中的强化相主要是反应生成的Fe2B,复合层与基体之间为冶金结合。复合层硬度可达HV1l00以上。复合层具有很高的抗粘着磨损、磨粒磨损和冲蚀磨损性能。

Abstract:A method of Argon Arc in Situ Reactive Syntheses is studied, which was based on metallurgical principles, combining the in situ reactive synthesis method with argon arc surface strengthening technology. A dispersed hard-phase reinforced surface composite layer was obtained by melting boracic alloy powder into 45 steel surface with argon arc. The morphology, compositions, structures and properties of the composite layer were studied by using SEM, EPM, XRD and hardness and wear tests. This study indicated that the reinforcing phases in the composite layer were mainly Fe 2B that was formed by chemical and metallurgical reactions in the weld pool. The bonding between the composite layer and base metal was metallurgical. The composite layer could have microhardness higher than HV1100, with a significantly enhanced abrasive wear resistance, adhesion and erosion wear resistance.
