摘    要:将基因工程思想用于产品的进化设计过程,通过对产品基因的多级分解提出了产品组成单元的进化策略。在给出基于功能约束的产品基因分解数学模型的基础上,将装配复杂度及制造复杂度作为有效的控制约束引入其中,得出了产品基因的最优划分策略,在此基础上提出了基因重构方法。用滚子夹具设计实例验证了设计方法的有效性。

Abstract:By applying genetic engineering methodology into the incremental product growth design, a generic structural design approach was put forward, as well as an intelligent evolution strategy of the product units growth, which was based on multilevel Decomposition and Reconstruction of product gene.Firstly, a functional constraint based product gene decomposition model was built up by introducing the assembly complexity and manufacture complexity into the model, as a result of the model analysis, an optimized incremental growth process of product gene was obtained. Secondly, from the optimized incremental growth process, a novel reconstruction method of product gene was developed. Finally, the conceptual design of a clamping tool was given as an example to demonstrate the contribution of this method to product principle innovation in conceptual design.
