汽车动力总成悬置系统隔振设计分析方法

摘    要:动力总成是汽车的主要振源。动力总成隔振悬置系统的布置设计与发动机缸数、发动机布置方式、汽车动力传动系的型式及整车隔振性能要求等诸多因素有类。在讨论动力总成悬置系统的设计理论与优化方法的基础上,系统地分析了这些因素对于动力总成悬置系统隔振性能设计目标的影响。并针对两种动力总成进行了优化设计计算分析,通过调节悬置的安装位置,安装角度及悬置的三向主刚度,使系统的解耦程度提高。

Abstract:Engine is the main vibration source of a vehicle. Many factors put restrictions on the arrangement of the powerplant mounting system, such as number of engine cylinders, orientation of engine, type of power drive line, requirements of vehicle body vibration isolation and so on. Based on discussion of design methodology and optimization techniques of a vehicle powerplant mounting system, the influences of those factors on the design goal of vibration isolation performance of the powerplant mounting system are analyzed. The mounting system arrangement of two type of powerplants is designed with optimization in the position, orientation and stiffnesses of each mount.
