一种复合的自动对焦方法在影像测量仪中的应用

摘    要:介绍了三种常用的自动对焦评价函数——方差评价函数、梯度评价函数、频谱评价函数,并对后两种评价函数进行了优化。对比分析了三种评价函数在评价的灵敏度、稳定性和计算速度上的优缺点,在此基础上提出了一种三阶段复合的自动对焦方法,该方法在影像测量仪上表现出良好的对焦特性,可以在保证对焦精度的同时实现快速对焦。

Abstract:Three common evaluation functions for automatic focusing were introduced.They were deviations function,gradient function and frequency-spectra function,the later two were optimized.Their merits and deficits in delicacy,stability and velocity were analyzed.And a multiple automatic focusing algorithm based on three-stages was proposed herein.It performs well in the video measuring system and can focus exactly and rapidly.
