As the consumer demands become personality,it needs more and more knowledge about the customer demands for product innovation. But this kind of knowledge is very dispersed. It is very difficult to gain innovation profit through demising property right. And it is also difficult for innovator to gain innovation profit by transforming the function role. This made it very difficult that the knowledge dispersed in society to be fully used. The product innovation mode based on the open using of manufacturing resources is put foreword. Through open using the manufacturing resources, the innovators can easily change their function role, and can gain their innovation profit by directly use their innovation. This mode of innovation can make the best use of the knowledge, so it can greatly promote the innovation.
