| 摘 要： | 基于对我国自行研制的１０ｍ＾３大型挖掘机工业运行状况的调研统计，就大型挖掘机的可靠性问题进行系统的研究，建立与挖掘机功能系统相对应的可靠性模型，提出适合挖掘机使用特点的可靠性指标体系，讨论现场收集可靠性基本数据的合理方法，并以这些研究结果计算分析了１０ｍ＾３挖掘机的使用可靠性。

| Abstract: | The reliabilty of heavy excavator is studied system atically based on the investigation of worksite and statistical data in big open pit. A relation model and index system for reliability analysis are established in correspondence with function and application characteristics of heavy excavator. Also a method is proposed to collect reliability data more efficiently and reasonably. As a result of research, the application reliability of heavy excavator WK-10 is evaluated. |
