摘    要:设计了一种结构新颖的具有非线性特性的隔振器,介绍了该隔振器的结构特点。以隔振器的刚度为主要设计指标,利用建立的有限元模型对关键参数进行了设计,通过仿真计算获得了隔振器的静态特性和动态特性.结果表明这种隔振器的刚度特性是非线性硬特性,其轴向性能要优于横向性能。

Abstract:A new novel nonlinear vibration isolator was designed and the configuration characteristics of the isolator were introduced. The key parameter of the isolator was calculated using FE model, and the simulation was performed to obtain the static and the dynamic performance of the isolator. The results show that the stiffness characteristics of this kind of isolator are nonlinear hard, and the axial performance is better than that of radial.
