摘    要:介绍了激光工程化净成形系统同轴送粉器组成和工作原理;通过试验分析可知,粉末送给量与步进电机转速成正比,加工层厚与粉末送给量成正比;激光焦点与喷粉焦点不重合是造成成形件侧表面粗糙、堆积高度波动、截面厚度不均匀和尺寸误差的直接原因,调整激光焦点位置使激光焦点与喷粉焦点重合可有效解决上述问题。

Abstract:The composition and principle of the Laser Engineered Net Shaping (LENS) system coaxial powder-feed equipment was introduced. Through the experiments and analyses it is known that the powder flux is direct ratio with the rotational speeds of stepper motor, the layer thickness is direct ratio with the powder flux and the formed part side surface roughness, deposit thickness fluctuation, section thickness non-homogeneous and dimension error are directly resulted by the noncoincidence of the laser focus and the powder focus. These problems are efficiently resulted by adjusting the laser focus position to it coincides with the powder focus.
