内燃机振动、噪声的多体动力学分析

摘    要:以某六缸柴油机为研究对象,运用多体动力学对内燃机振动、噪声进行仿真分析。建立了高质量的有限元模型和仿真模型,用非线性阻尼弹簧模拟运动件间的连接。通过发动机的表面振动速度来评价辐射噪声,改进发动机的结构,增加局部刚度。对发动机两种结构的计算结果进行了比较,取得了降低振动噪声的结果。

Abstract:Taking an in-line6 cylinder diesel as an example, the high quality FEM model of the engine and the simulation model were created. The program applied nonlinear damping spring to simulate the joints of engine components. And the structural acoustic radiation behavior was evaluated by the velocity of surface vibration. Improving structure of the engine reached the aim of reducing the noise level. It has been demonstrated that by using additional ribs in local design the radiated noise has been reduced. Furthermore, calculation results of two different structures are compared.
