摘    要:研究了簧丝走向对金属橡胶构件性能的影响。通过改变簧丝走向,获得结构相同、几何参数相同的几组金属橡胶样件,并对样件刊物地力与变形实验研究。利用MATLAB绘制金属橡胶样件的弹性迟滞回线、刚度与变形实验曲线,并对样件和实验曲线进行了理论分析。结果表明,簧丝缠绕方向不同,不仅影响金属橡胶构件的能量耗散性能,而且其承载能力相关2-3倍。研究结果为金属橡胶制备工艺的进一步完善提供了依据。

Abstract:The effect of wire distribution on the characteristics of Metal Rubber element is researched in this paper. By changing the distribution of metal wires, the Metal Rubber elements with the same construction and parameters are produced and tested. Hysteresis loop and stiffness-deformation relationship are obtained and analyzed from the results. It is shown that the way of wire distribution plays an important role in the energy dissipation performance and loading capacity of Metal Rubber. The research results can be as guideline for the further improvement of the technology of Metal Rubber.
