某大型雷达抗风与抗震力学分析

摘    要:文中针对某大型雷达进行了抗风与抗震力学分析.在抗风分析中,首先通过计算流体力学计算了不同工况下的风载荷,作为后续分析的输入;然后通过有限元法,依据规范对天线座架进行了刚强度和结构稳定性校核;最后对各个螺栓进行了强度校核.在抗震分析中,通过有限元法对天线座架进行了九度多遇地震下的反应谱分析.在分析的基础上,对天线座架进行了结构优化.结果表明,天线结构具有足够的抗风与抗震稳定性和安全性.

Abstract:The wind-resistance and aseismatic mechanics performance of a large radar is analyzed in this paper. In the wind-resistance analysis, the wind loads under different work conditions, as input conditions, are calculated by CFD firstly; then the stiffness and strength of the antenna pedestal are checked by FEA and its structure stability is also checked according to the specifications; at last, the bolt strength is checked. In the aseismatic analysis, the response spectrum of the antenna pedestal under 9 degree frequent earthquake is analyzed by FEA. The structure optimization for the antenna pedestal is carried out based on the wind-resistance and aseismatic mechanics analysis. The results show that the stability and safety of the antenna pedestal meet the design requirements.
