摘    要:由于相控阵雷达热流密度的不断增长和较高的可靠性要求,其冷却技术也面临着极大的挑战,微通道散热技术成为应对这一挑战的新方法。文中分析了矩形微通道冷板的高宽比、通道宽度、流体入口速度和温度对其换热特性的影响,在此基础上得出矩形微通道冷板的一组最佳结构参数。相控阵雷达微通道冷板和普通S型冷板的散热效果比较表明,微通道冷板能更高效地对相控阵雷达进行散热,为相控阵雷达散热提供了一种新方法。

Abstract:With the growing demands for high heat-flow density and high reliability of active phased array antenna, its cooling becomes a great challenge. Micro-channel cold plate heat dissipation is a new method of solving this problem. This paper analyses the effects of the aspect ratio, channel width, fluid entrance velocity and temperature of the rectangle micro-channel on heat transfer attributes. A series of optimum structure parameters of the rectangle micro-channel cold plate are obtained on this basis. Compared with S shape cold plate, the effect of the heat transfer coefficient of micro-channel cold plate is much greater, which provides a new and efficient method for phased array radar cooling.
