摘    要:雷达机柜装在设备平台舱内,会受到过载、冲击、随机振动等环境条件的影响,需要考虑结构的刚强度是否满足要求.文中针对某雷达机柜结构,采用大型有限元仿真软件ABAQUS,对机柜结构在过载、冲击、随机振动等环境条件下的刚强度进行了仿真分析,并对结构中刚强度较弱的部位进行了优化设计.结果表明,改进后的结构刚强度满足设计要求.

Abstract:Radar cabinet installed in the equipment platform bay will be subjected to the environmental conditions such as overload, impact and random vibration. It is necessary to consider whether the structural stiffness and strength meets the requirements. In this paper, the large-scale finite element simulation software ABAQUS is used to analyze the stiffness and strength of the cabinet structure under overload, impact and random vibration, and optimization design is conducted for the weak part of the structure. Results show that the cabinet with improved structure satisfies the design requirement.
