大型天线的场地设计与吊装

摘    要:在大型天线现场安装阶段需要对场地进行设计和制定吊装方案,由于结构的特殊性,天线的 场地和吊装不同于其他工程。 文中对天线座、天线反射体、主吊装区的场地布局方法和吊装场地的 地基处理过程进行了介绍。 以天线反射体吊装为例,描述了制定反射体吊装方案时需要考虑的吊点 数和吊点位置,通过计算选定了钢丝绳和卸扣。 所描述的方法均来源于实践,对大型天线的安装具 有指导意义。

Abstract:Site design and hoisting scheme should be made in the field installation of large antenna. Due to the particularity of structure, the site and hoisting of antenna are different from other projects. The site layout method of antenna pedestal, antenna reflector, main hoisting area and the foundation treatment process of hoisting site are introduced in this paper. Taking the antenna reflector hoisting as an example, the number and the position of hoisting points that need to be considered in the formulation of the reflector hoisting scheme are described, and the steel wire rope and shackle are selected through calculation. The methods described in this paper derive from practice and have guiding significance for the installation of large antenna.
