某信号控制与处理设备的热设计及结构优化

摘    要:热设计是器件、设备和系统可靠性设计的一项主要内容。文中介绍了某信号控制与处理设备的热设计过程。从单机、模块层面,分别进行了相关热设计。强迫风冷是常用的冷却方式。在多风机的情况下,风道的构建、隔离都是需要考虑的方面。使用Flotherm软件对单机模型进行了热仿真。热仿真对结构设计可起到指导作用,可以优化结构,使单机结构更加合理,散热更加有效,提高了单机的可靠性。

Abstract:Thermal design is important in reliability design of component,equipment and system.In this paper,the thermal design at the level of cabinet and modules for a signal controlling and processing equipment is introduced.Forced convection is an usual cooling method.Airflow′s routing and separating should be considered under the condition of using several fans in the cabinet.The thermal simulation is conducted with the software of Flotherm,not only to do the thermal analysis of the cabinet,but also to optimize the structure,which makes the structure more reasonable,the cooling more efficient,the equipment more reliable.
