摘    要:依据某星载天线反射器初样产品的试验情况,文中结合多次仿真分析,通过改进主支撑件与背筋的连接形式,增大受力结构的胶结面积,并采用胶结加螺接或铆接,增加了分配给背筋的载荷,相应地减小了反射面局部载荷,最终提高了该反射器的力学性能。此设计改进使得成型工艺更简单,结构更合理可靠。热真空、力学试验和电性能测试结果表明,该设计可广泛应用于星载反射器工程设计中。

Abstract:Based on the experiment of the prototype product of a satellite-borne antenna reflector, combined with multiple simulation analyses, the connection form between the main support and the back reinforcement is improved, the cementing area of the load-bearing structure is enlarged and the method of cementing plus screwing or riveting is adopted. Therefore, the load transferred to the back reinforcement is increased, the local load of the reflector is decreased correspondingly and ultimately the mechanical performance of the reflector is improved. The design improvement makes the molding process simpler and the structure more reasonable and reliable. The thermal vacuum experiment, the mechanical experiment and the electrical performance test indicate that the design can be widely used in the engineering of satellite-borne reflector.
