| 摘 要： | 针对2A14铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊缝表面鼓包现象,借助元素EDAX能谱分析和机箱制造工艺过程追溯,通过材料分析、焊接前处理方法研究、焊接工艺方法及热处理方法研究对机箱热处理后搅拌摩擦焊焊缝表面鼓包的现象进行了原因排查,并通过试板焊接试验复现了焊缝鼓包现象,对2A14铝合金机箱的焊前处理工艺进行了改进和完善。
