高架雷达结构安全性分析与验证

摘    要:高架雷达因天线举升到较高位置而会面临一些安全性问题,文中分析了高架雷达在结构设计中存在的主要风险因素,从结构设计的角度论述了高架雷达的安全性设计内容与思路.以某典型高架雷达为例,主要论述了该雷达的抗风安全性、动平衡及架设安全性设计.雷达设计阶段充分应用了各种先进手段,如整机三维设计及机构分析、升降机构动力学分析等,同时开展了大量安全性试验验证,后续的实际使用表明结构安全性设计取得成功.

Abstract:High-raised radar will meet some safety problems when its antenna is raised to a high position. This paper analyzes the main risk factors in the structural design of high-raised radar and discusses the contents and thoughts of safety design from the structural design perspective. With a typical high-raised radar as example, this paper discusses the design of wind resistance, dynamic balance and erection safety for this radar. In radar design phase, various advanced methods such as the 3D design and mechanism analysis of the total radar, the dynamics analysis of the high-raise mechanism are applied. A lot of experimental safety verifications are carried out at the same time. Following practical applications show that the structure safety design is successful.
