摘    要:为了解决45CrNi Mo1VA钢旋压芯棒淬火开裂问题,对其进行了真空气淬试验。试验结果表明,45CrNi Mo1VA钢具有很好的淬透性;45CrNi Mo1VA钢芯棒采用真空高压气淬炉和真空气淬工艺代替可控气氛炉和油淬工艺,既可以满足其淬硬耐磨的要求,又可以防止淬火裂纹的产生。试验结果还表明,在采用真空气淬时,应在确保淬火质量的前提下,选取较低的气淬压力,以降低生产成本。

Abstract:In order to solve the cracking problem during quenching of 45CrNiMo1VA steel spinning mandrel,the vacuum gas quenching test was carried out.The results show that this material has excellent hardenability.And by using the vacuum high pressure gas quenching furnace and its technology substitute for controllable atomaspheric furnace and oil quenching technology,it is not only can meet the requirements of hardening and wear-resisting but also can avoid the cracking.The test also indicates that by selecting lowe...
