摘    要:以Windows系统为研发平台,辅助OpenGL工具,实现了数控车、数控铣、钻加工的三维仿真系统。该系统由数控程序编辑而成,建立了数控程序的检查和解释、仿真计算以及仿真显示等模块,具有数控代码反向仿真的特点,与实际的车削、铣削以及钻削加工过程十分贴近,具有较强的现实意义和作用。

Abstract:Taking Windows system as the development platform, and with the auxiliary tool of OpenGL, the NC, CNC milling, drilling and processing of 3D simulation system were realized. The system was composed of NC program edit, realized NC program examination and interpretation, and also realized the simulation calculation and simulation display module, the specific features of NC code of the reverse simulation, and the actual turning, milling and drilling process is very close, and has strong practical significance and function.
