摘    要:探讨了光学零件表面消光的几种实现方法,目前主要有移印机机印、丝网印刷和喷漆方法。不同形状有其相应的实现方法,甚至有多种实现方法,但效率却有所不同。解决了加工中出现的工艺问题,确定了合理的工艺参数。在光学元件光面涂覆不规则图形方面没有可借鉴和参考的工艺方法,由于光学行业竞争激烈,技术保密性很强,从工艺上讲属于新领域。

Abstract:This article discusses several solutions for achieve light extinction on optical components surface. In current, the main methods are transfer-print technology, screen printing and spray painting. Different shape uses the different corresponding solution, even it will have multi-solutions. But the results and efficiency are differing. All these solutions can solve the light extinction matter occurred in the manufacturing by the confirmed reasonable parameters.
