不锈钢酸洗工艺酸液在线分析及提纯嵌入式控制系统设计

摘    要:介绍了基于ARM处理器的嵌入式不锈钢酸液在线分析及提纯系统的控制系统设计,重点分析了系统的构成、控制的策略和软件设计方法。控制策略采用模糊控制算法,软件编程采用模块化结构和层次设计思想,大大降低了编写程序的复杂度。本文通过改进不锈钢酸洗工艺酸液在线分析及提纯的控制系统,充分利用了嵌入式系统具有功耗低、体积小、集成度高等特点,具有较高的实用价值。

Abstract:In this paper, the design of embedded control system for acid purification and on-line analysis in stainless steel aeld pickling process based on ARM processor was described. And then the construct of system, the controlling strategy and the design method of software were mainly analyzed. The furry algorithm is used as the controlling strategy. The programming of the software adopted the modular construction and level design, so it can reduce the complexity in software programming. In this paper, the control system for acid purification and on-line analysis in stainless steel acid pickling process is continuously improved. In this improvement, the advantages of the embedded system such as low power consumption, small size, high level of integration were used fully. Briefly, the improvement has higher practical value.
