| 摘 要： | 针对涂层中添加MoSi2可以提高其热震性能的现象，用热力学方法计算，并以扫描电镜、能谱、荧光分析以及透射电镜等方法实测了MoSi2涂层在1000K加热烧结下组织的变化。试验结果与计算相符，表明在热震条件下涂层中MoSi2发生反应生成了MoO3和SiO2。
