| 摘 要： | 在分析汽车变速箱复合齿轮结构的基础上，简要介绍了汽车变速箱复合齿轮激光焊接的主要原理及特性。同时概括了生产中从清洁，组装到装夹的工艺要点。选择了合理的工艺参数，对材料为20CrMo的变速箱齿轮进行了激光焊接的试验，并得到非常理想的焊接效果。

| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the compound gears in the automobile's gearbox, the principle and characteristics of laser welding is introduced briefly. Meanwhile, some key points of processes are summarized from cleaning, assembling as well as fixing the work pieces. The main technological parameters of laser welding automobile's gears made of 20CrMo are studied systemically and the excellent welding profile can be achieved in the experiments. |
