非调质钢汽车弯、直臂的开发研究

摘    要:介绍了非调质钢(30MnVS)和(35MnVN)变、直臂与调质钢(40Cr)弯、直臂的材料力学性能和疲劳试验,并依据3种材料的对比试验结果,选定30MnVS钢或35MnVN钢为汽车弯、直臂用材,并与用40Cr钢制造弯、直臂进行了综合性比较分析。

Abstract:The mechanical properties and the durability test of non quenched tempered steels (30MnVS and 35MnVN) and quenched and tempered steel (40Cr) produced bending arm and extending arm are introduced in this paper.According to the contrast test results and internal quality test, it is chosen that 30MnVS or 35MnVN as material of automobile bending arm and extending arm.This paper also provide a general analysis for the material substitution effects from 40Cr.
