代替镀硬铬电镀层的研究现状

摘    要:传统镀硬铬技术存在环境污染问题及镀铬层的性能缺陷。电沉积合金及其复合镀是比较有前途的代硬铬工艺。本文综述了近年来代替镀硬铬电镀层的研究进展。重点探讨了非晶电镀、复合电镀和合金电镀代替硬铬电镀层的研究现状,结果显示以上镀层无论在使用性能还是在环境保护方面均优于硬铬镀层。

Abstract:Traditional hard chromium plating technology has some disadvantages such as environment pollution and performance deficiency of the chromium plating. Electrodeposition of alloys and its composite coating is the ideal substitute technologies in the future. This paper described the research status of electrodeposition for substitute hard chromium in recent years. Then this paper discussed the researching status of amorphous alloy, nanometer electrodeposition and alloy coatings in this field. The results show that the electrodeposition is more superior than hard chromium in performance and environmental protection.
